Hints for obtaining your special fare
Reservations and purchase: Reservations can be made anytime before departure. Reservations for all sectors must be confirmed at time of purchase.
Reservations and ticketing must be completed at the same time for online purchase.
Minimum stay: 1 day
Maximum stay: 12 months
Booking class: UA: B class
Discounts: Child (2-11 years of age): 75% of adult fare
Infant(under 2 years of age and not occupying a seat): 10% of adult fare
Applicable flights: Roundtrip, circle trip and open-jaw
Applicable carriers:
Transpacific sectors: Any UA flight operated by UA or codeshare flights UA9670/9671
Domestic U.S. : Any UA flight
Domestic Japan: Any ANA or UA flight
Transfers: Unlimited number of transfers permitted free including 1 transfer each way within Japan.
Stopovers: First stopover is free. Unlimited number of stopovers allowed at JPY10,000 each from the second stopover.
Permitted only within the U.S.
Hawaii surcharge: A surcharge of JPY 25,000 will be added for each stopover or transfer at Honolulu.
Changes: Not permitted to the 1st transpacific zone. Changes to the following flights are free of charge. Any change must be made on the prior date of the departure.
Refunds: Before departure: Permitted without penalty. After departure: Calculate difference between fare paid and qualifying fare for travel complete using fares of original ticket date and refund residual value if any.
