United Limousine Service
United First Round-trip Limousine Service to and from Narita
United Business One-Way Limousine Service from Narita
United, Continental and ANA launched a joint venture on the Pacific routes effective April 1, 2011. Customers can enjoy the limousine service in conjunction with their qualifying flights operated by one of those three carriers.
Qualifying travel dates
Outbound flights from Japan must take place by March 31, 2012 and inbound flights to Japan must take place by April 30, 2012
Terms and Conditions
| Eligible Flight: | United First or United Business roundtrip between Narita and US mainland. Roundtrip between Narita and Hawaii/Asia are not applicable for this offer. Codeshare flights are not applicable. |
| Applicable Fares: | Paid, published roundtrip fares of United First (Booking class: F) or United Business (Booking class: J or C). The ticket must be purchased and issued in Japan. |
| Reservation: | Book through your travel agency or contact United Reservations in Japan at least 3 days prior to your flight. |

- United Reservations open hours: Weekdays 8am - 8pm /Weekends and Holidays 9am - 5pm.
- Outbound flight can depart from KIX but inbound flight must arrive at NRT.
- If return itinerary is changed, please contact your travel agent or United Reservations in Japan to change your Limo booking.
- Complimentary areas are within 130km to/from Narita in direction of downtown Tokyo and Yokohama. If the destination is beyond the complimentary area, please pay in cash for additional fee. The fee calculation for distance is based on Limo company rules.

The following are examples of complimentary areas: All 23 wards in Tokyo, Musashimurayama-shi, Tachikawa-shi, and Tama-shi in Tokyo, Kawasaki-shi and Yokohama-shi in Kanagawa, and Saitama-shi and Niiza-shi in Saitama. Most destinations in Chiba-ken are free, but not all areas.
- Drop-off point is limited to one address.
- Codeshare flights, Star Alliance round-the-world fare, spouse fare or child/infant fare are not eligible.
